Video player don't show video on Android

Question

Hello I'm making an app where in AR where i play a video but the video dosen't show, it only show a black screen of the video size.

PD: i have unchecked the option of multithread rendering

same here , i had try new AR SDK with unity 2018 but no luck same code work in unity 2017.
