the webcam doesnt work on surfacetracking

i wanna use surfacetracking_imagetarget(4.4.0+2424.469da7da) in unity(2019.4.40f1) but my webcam isnt working in it. when i used it before, it was working but now i get "easyar.surfacetracking is not available" error. is there any solution for it?

It never works on PC.
