Assets for tutorials

Question

Assets for the tutorials are not available and when requested there is no response to allow access.

example:

https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B6vjKDkZUGVsNGh4LVMxckNYRnc

requires approval but when I request approval I never receive a response.

Please advise or if there is a better option for accessing these assets that would be nice.
