I have a valid license key, and valid package name, and have double and triple checked.
Throughout the day, the key has been randomly saying it is invalid, and then working again a few minutes later. When I look at Wireshark, their license server (IP: 220.127.116.11) is generating a Gateway Error 502, invalid URL.
A normal rejection shows a different error code. In other words, they are having server errors that cause the applications to look like they are improperly licensed. Is there some way we can get the EasyAR team to fix their license server? How do we get them to address the issue?
I'm going to move us over to Vuforia for now, I can't have our applications going offline without a contact support method.
