SightPlus App Scanning for special effect

Question

This effect is very useful for letting the user know that the application is doing something.  How could I achieve this effect in my app?  In the tutorials section, the technical problems doc mentions using a camera filter.

You can set the sightplus image or location in game object image target

Thanks for the response.  I'm actually trying to find out how the camera filter was implemented in sightplus that creates the sparkly pulse effect during the AR scanning.
