whats the metafile

i want to add video,image or sound on target, i read the https://easyar.com/doc/EasyAR%20CRS/api/farmer-create.html
and i know I have to put the url on the metafile
 but i don't undrstand what's the metafile? and i should upload the metafile when i add target in crs?
