HellowARRecording doesn't save video file

Question

I have been testing the examples to record AR with in the version of examples of EasyAR2.0 in UNITY, when I finished recording I get an address and the name of the file that has been recorded, but when going to that address, there is no file , that could be happening?

I have enabled the "start show mesage" option of HelloArRecording script and the following message appears to me.

"Recorded at"

Can somebody help me? thank you very much

Sorry for not responding to the solution much earlier, but now I don't remember, I think it's between enabling the Pro Trial version of the HellowARRecording App or raising the Minimum API level to 19 in Unity.
