Creating a model target

I'm trying to create a model target, for my app, without scanning app, the goal is to scan a live object target with AR camera and instantiate a proccess on the scene, my problem is that I can't properly understand how should I load files, I've downloaded samplescene, where there is one model aleready, and I can't understand how can I replace it with my custom model
