is Sparse SpatialMap offline?

I am not sure to understand how Sparse SpatialMap works
I have to place a 3d object on a specific point of the real world that I have previously scanned.

In the site interface, you talk about the usage, so there is no way to do that with Sparse SpatialMap?

Or there is a way to "download" the Sparse SpatialMap and then use it every time a user opens the app?

I just need to place content in a previously scanned real place
