Stops video on some phone models

Question

Hello! There is an app for Android. The point is that the application scans the QR code and then when you hover over the photo, it turns into a video by preloading. In the application, we use the Easy AR library accordingly. The problem is that on some phone models (in particular Xiaomi Mi6) the video stops at some point, but the music continues to play. What can be wrong?

Are you using Unity? If not, is it possible?
