CRS problems

Hello,

I have problems with the CRS (North America Region 1). Yesterday there was no connection at all, today it somehow connects, but the targets are not recognized.

It is possible that there is unstable network. We cannot reproduce similar issues recently.

These problems are not so terrible as the fact that support is silent. Nobody answered me for more than two days.
