Want to buy EasyAR 3.0 LIFETIME ($399) but there's an error

Hi! Im trying to buy easyar 3.0 and pay it with paypal, but it displays the next error:

Yes I did, but was by adding funds, the error also need to be fixed so it doesn't happen to someone else.
