I think you are targeting Windows operating system.
If you'd like to use Unity, you can download EasyAR Sense Unity Plugin, fill the license key, switch to "PC, Mac & Linux Standalone" platform in "Build Settings" and click "Build And Run", where you can specify an executable path.
If you'd like to not use Unity, you can download EasyAR Sense Samples for Windows. There is a Qt GUI sample and two console samples for C++ and C#.
