Can i get access to my database in cloud, where my targets are?

Question

I am making a augumented reality app and a website with php and mySQL. Can i store my targets in the SQL and than access them with my app. Sorry if i put the question wrong. So basicly, can i store targets in cloud and can i access them from my app. If yes, than how?
