I can not publish my APK in app store

Meu APK está funcionando perfeitamente mesmo no meu smartphone. mas não posso publicar na App Store, como exemplo Aptoide, o que está acontecendo. Obrigado.

Check to see if your relevant permissions are explained in advance.

Resolved, I could not publish the APK because I was putting data in Portuguese, where it would have to be in English.
